On Hoole Road there are the following properties:
32 Hoole Road which is detached, has massive 12-bed rooms & all WCs and it has land to build on.
Next to this is 30 Hoole Road which is half the size of 32 Hoole Road.
Then 28 Hoole Road which is semi-detached and mirror half of 28 Hoole Road.
The probate lawyer PB office is 31 Hoole Road but on the opposite side of the Road and is next to a building similar to 32 Hoole Road which went for 700,000 (see link below) in the past but no land to build on. PB knows all of this as he also owns an estate agent (see company reg).
Probate lawyer PB told me that my mother’s home (as I was in grief) which is 32 Hoole Road (on the right of the photo below) in 2015 was worth only 450,000
Then in 2020 April, PB tried to get 30 Hoole Road mother’s home (middle property) for 400,000. (Also in grief as they also say their mother was murdered too).
PB Estate agents helpers also told said it was only 400,000 in July 2020.
Then in Sep 2020, the property 28 Hoole Road (on the left) was sold for 740,000 in two weeks.
And 32 Hoole Road has land to build on…

Bartletts Solicitors House Valuations.
Bartletts Solicitors House Valuations in local Cheshire property probate cases might not be what they seem at first glance.
They gave me a valuation of £450,000 for my property of a 12 bedroom house in central Chester that has a value of over 1m on Zoopla and tells me they have my best interests at heart.
We will let our many thousands of readers decide for themselves if they think its a true statement?

UPDATE June 2022
There is a Dec 2019 court order that states that the property at 32 Hoole Road, Chester, CH2 3NJ, is to be sold for a minimum of £750,000.
And there is no other approach and this court order is also based on a past contract. The judge has pointed out that anyone who breaks the court order will go to jail.
Only James Beresford of BLM law firm was appointed by the court to do this sale, but he broke the court order three times and gave an undertaking to a judge which was also broken by him.
And in the past court case of Oct 2021, James Beresford stated, “My undertaking was not to place the property on the market for less than £750,000, which I have not done.”
But, after the Oct 2021 court hearing, where the agreement was to list the property for a £750,000 minimum sale price again, then Cavendish Estate listed it for £500,000.
The BLM law firm stated it was Cavendish Estates who listed the property at £500,000, which broke the court order, and Cavendish Estates had no right to ignore the court order or the contract it was based on.
And Cavendish Estates knew all about this court order and other issues from the start.
Cavendish Estates was responsible for the listing of this property and knew the court order and court case were going on.
And James Beresford ignored several buyers for the property at 32 Hoole Road, who visited the property, and did independent surveys, and then did contracts to buy the property for around a million.
But James Beresford and Charlotte Prichard of BLM Law did not contact these buyers.
And we can show James Beresford and Charlotte Pritchard used an RICS surveyor, Alan Lovatt, who lied about the valuation on the property at 32 Hoole Road.
And this RICS surveyor’s report was seen in court as a fraud as the valuation was set low to help in a crime.
And Alan Lovatt then went to work for the police (MA). And we can show police detective Michael Ankers (MA) is involved in this price fixing with probate lawyer P. Bartlett.
Historically, in 2015, a probate lawyer, P. Bartlett, tried to get the property at 32 Hoole Road for £450,000 by controlling the will and the probate. He did this to many on tape etc.
Note: The property at 32 Hoole Road, is a property with 12 massive bedrooms, & all wc, & spare land to build two at 28 Hoole Road on the back land.
And then in 2021, P. Bartlet did the same trick to 30 Hoole Road (4 bedrooms and 2 wc) when their mother died and told them their property was worth only £400,000 which was a lie.
And, in May, 2021, Charlotte Pritchard (emails etc show this fact, see below) listed the property at 32 Hoole Road at £500,000 on an auction site that no one could bid on, which was then removed by a judge.
All done to trick 30 Hoole Road into thinking the valuation of P. Bartlett at £400,000 was correct.
However, on August 30, 2021, the property at 28 Hoole Road (4 bedrooms, all with 2 WC) was sold in two weeks by Savills Estate Agents for £740,000. As not under the control of probate lawyers.
And then, in 2022, the property at 26 Hoole Road (4 bedrooms, all 2wc) was listed for £950,000 by Fearnalls Estate agents.
The fact is that 28 Hoole Road is the other half of the semi-detached building that makes up 30 Hoole Road.
Note: One half of the building is at 28 Hoole Road and the other half is at 30 Hoole Road, and they are identical.
This shows probate lawyer P. Bartlett was trying to get this property at 30 Hoole Road, cheap by saying it was worth only £400,000, BUT the other side of the property (28 Hoole Road) went for £740,000 which he could not control as he was not controlling the probate.
And in the past, James Beresford and Charlotte Pritchard listed 32 Hoole Road for £500,000 to trick 30 Hoole Road into P. Bartlett’s low price.
And Cavendish Estate helped in this crime.
Also to be noted is that, in 2021, Cavendish Estate stated that the property at 32 Hoole Road, was worth over £800,000 and others support this. This has also now been found to be a low estimate.
And the Cavendish estate, as well as its employees, were informed of all of this and sent the court order etc. from the start, and are liable.
And it can be proven that Cavendish Estate was approached numerous times by buyers who agreed with the court order to purchase 32 Hoole Road for £750,000 or more.
But Cavendish estate staff ignored the buyers’ requests to damage the value of the property at 32 Hoole Road, and this is on tape and supported by witnesses statements from their own staff.
The bent police detective, Michael Ankers (MA), or his relative, who knew all of the above was happening but helped enable these crimes and gained from them.
MA was able to prevent the investigation into this and many other murders for their home with the assistance of the Criminal Network.
As the Dec 2019 court case expert witness stated: there was a fire wall around any truth or justice being found in this case due to the corruption of so many.
All gained by price fixing and using it to cover up the crimes committed.
How bad is it???
It is massive…as Probate lawyers know they can get away with this…and local MP in bed with them.
And no one investigates the murders of many…

I have 2062 signatures to say my mother’s inquest should be reopened as the inquest was done wrong to protect the murder of my mother.
And we can now show a doctor Bland involved in my mother’s murder etc was struck off in 2018 and other new evidence. AND MA & CA knew him.
