He nearly got away with it. When finally caught, he killed himself?
Many say he was helped and the cover-up goes all the way to the top.
In 2015 my mother was murdered in front of me, she said she was hit by a lawyer and her will changed against her wishes. The inquest on her death was a horrific joke.
As I researched it, I found she was one of many.
My problem was discovering a network of protected killers all over the world which seem to be connected to other crimes ranging from Pedos, Organ stealing, and wired stuff….
And how could this all happen?
All the people I spoke to were clear on one point, the regulators were not doing their job.
This is shown by reviews such as Trustpilot who gave bad reviews to the following

The Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Etc.
So how could anyone be surprised in the biggest cover-up of killings in history?

I have seven points for you….
1 Others and I say my mother was murdered and covered up by regulators (SRA, CQC) and government paid bodies (Coroner, Chester police, Chester Council) not doing their jobs.
This is allowing crimes to grow all over the UK. It puts not only the elderly at risk but everyone.
2 We have 2001 signatures on my petition to reopen my mother’s inquest.
3 My mother’s inquest tape has been lost by the coroner as it shows corruption with lawyers, police detectives & Chester Council care team robbing the elderly.
4 There is also new evidence which clearly shows motives to kill my mother as the court-appointed expert said my mother was hit by a lawyer to alter her will and rob her.
5 Also police detective MA (listed on the web site) was also robbing her and helping the lawyers.
6 I put that some of the COVID elderly were murdered to let lawyers rob them as we can prove in my mother’s case.

The court appointed expert in Dec 2019 states this is true and you ignore it. You can get this file but dont…you failed at your job.
My own Barrister tried to shut me up…my own barrister helped in the cover up…all on tape.

All you do is protect criminal lawyers which means you are part of the crime.
To sum up, Carolyn Jones clearly knows what is going on and is therefore part of a crime as she does nothing about the following:
4.3 The recently removed 2nd executor JB (James Beresford) could not get for my mother’s B& B (her only property & major asset) the BPR (Business Property Rate),
I have done this saving 100,000s, but I did it (see page 8).
This was due to PB, first executor not doing this as he wanted my mother’s home cheap.
And JB said my mother’s funeral bill was not paid when the paperwork he had showed it was.
JB ignored faults in the IHT forms, which I sorted out and the Tax office is now happy with this.
4.4 I found people to buy my mother’s guest house for 1 million and past executor JB did not contact them
and clearly wanted to sell my mother’s home half price to his friends (new court issue).
4.5 The past PB executors have said they have removed themselves as they were found doing fraud (see web site with exhibits).
The first executor PB did fraud (100,000 debt that did not exist) said tax office and undervalued my mother’s home by half a million etc.
The 2nd executor JB protected the faults of the first executor PB and did other things wrong (see separate file).
SRA Carolyn Jones knows the above and is part of the crime of cover up.

1 You have failed to answer the points in my past emails (Jun 29 back to February) that incriminate you.
1.1 You are to take no actions as the court action is in the process which you will be told about soon.
I was told by the courts this could take eight to twelve weeks or longer due to the COVID.
2 JB has been removed as executor and is corrupt and is no way be executor or BLM of my mother’s estate. And I have a right to this by-law and reason listed in past emails (see below).
2.1 JB shows he is not fit to be executor by his court documents which consist of the following
2.1.1 JB said my mother’s funeral bill was NOT paid when it was & many other things which are not true (see in below email). Clearly fails SRA standards.
And JB said he had the file of all of the documents from Bartlett (PB) about my mother, which list this my mother funeral bill was paid etc.
So JB is incompetent, unprofessional, un trustworthy etc and is easy to be removed as executor.
2.1.3 s50(1) Administration of the Justice Act 1985 (ALA 1985) an order to replace JB is granted.
2.1.4 There is a break down of trust with JB as executor Re Steele [2010], Khan v Crosland [2012] See also s116SCA 1981
2.1.5 Compensation is required.
And JB and BLM should report Bartletts (BP) for this fraud and other issues. Especially as BLM said they report fraud on their web site. BLM said they have zero tolerance for Tax fraud but this is a LIE.
2.3 JB did a letter to the court as a statement of fact and to remove himself as executor. JB statement to the court which was full of lies.
JB is not to be trusted & is corrupt. See the list below past email Clearly fails SRA standards 2.4 JB then became a client of the BLM firm after I pointed out his involvement in legal fraud, cover-up & incompetence.
If it was not true why did JB become BLM client…other than he was found out.
JB as a client of BLM can no longer be involved as a clear conflict of interest.

Therefore this must go back to court to Judge Tomlian.
A judge who saw this fraud going on in the first place. A Good Judge…
2.5 how can JB continued be used if he is being defender by JBL.
2.6 All JB and BLM has tried to do is assist in the crime of coverup of the following:
Fraud by past executor PB of 100,000 debt when 10,000 (listed by PB in paperwork, tax form etc),
not listing my mother’s shares worth 100,000?? (stealing),
trying to get a commercial property as a cheap home etc…
UPDATE: See Above.
The list goes on which is why PB stepped down as executor.
All done to protect PB as the damages are worth millions and opens the investigation of this done to others see SB, etc.

3 I do not recognise the letters from JBL which has no name or appointment from the court.
3.1 You can’t send a letter as BLM telling people what to do when the court did not appoint you and your actions are corrupt. Clearly fails SRA standards
4 SRA should investigate this. BUT the track record is bad for the SRA “Not transparent and reject complaints without any evidence in that direction”

5 It Is clear my commercial debts (N1 Claim and agreed to by JB) are greater than the commercial business of my mother’s estate. And all will state that all debts must be paid first. And as my debts are greater than my mother’s estate this is the end of the matter. My N1 Claim has been agreed to by the buyers of my mother’s guest house.
6 You, JB, BLM, PB etc will not be involved in the sale of my mother’s guest house as you are incompetent, corrupt and any judge would remove you based on the evidence given.
7 It can be shown once again JB could NOT do his job as executor and I have put in the BPR (business property rates) by a charted accountant and I also have done the shares, the IH400 etc, therefore JB is to be removed as not required.
Therefore, by legal case history Re Stevens [1897] I have acted as an executor. And under common Law, I have the right to do this as this is my mother.
I did JB job and he should return all money taken as JB has done nothing but cover up PB fraud and related murder.
8 We are seeking for JB & BLM compliance team to be struck off and will push this forward with the SRA and other regulators including the press.
We seek to make sure BLM and JB can not deal with probate, fraud, wills again. Private prosecutions are possible.
9 JB changed locks to Dr Jones’ home to try and kill Dr Jones and JB will be listed for attempted murder.
JB then lied by BLM to say they told Dr Jones they were going to change locks but no such email exists as they lied.
This News report looks like JB tried to cause the death of Dr Jones. This is to be investigated by the police. see the incident number.

11 JB, past executors PB (P. Bartlett who became the first executor by force) & BLM are:
Devastavit: breach of duty by a personal representative in the following
11.1 liability (duty of care, did Wills of my mother when it was clear she had medical stated report that she had dementia and under MCA done wrong to their gain. In fact it can be shown the last will was done by force to cause my mother to have her stroke in 2010…or was that to kill her?)
11.2 misappropriations of assets (shares, bills, money etc)
11.3 maladministration (did not do BPR right worth 100,000s in damages etc)
11.4 failure to safeguard assets (said 100,000 bills from 2015 to 2019 existed which was a lie and a Judge had to get the real paperwork)
11.5 cover-up of fraud and multiple murders. And attempts on Dr Jones (see file).
11.6 on many occasions all paperwork (inventory, accounts etc) has been asked for from PB, BLM & JB but they failed to do this. Now see S25 AEA 1925 etc.
There is no defence for these actions. This was all done to cover up several crimes. And we seek damages for this. 12 I repeat & state that my N1 claim is valid.
I will take it that 32 Hoole Road, Hoole CH2 3NJ is rightfully mine as set out in the claim shown to JB & PB.
13 We have been told the court will extend the period of sale due to COVID 19 and other issues therefore the property does not need to be sold this year. Also, as I am the person to benefit the most from this and the other side (MA, CA, PB, WOODSIDE) will be investigated for helping in fraud & assisting the murder of my mother how can it continue. New evidence came out of court in Dec 2019 showing MA and his wife were hurting the elderly for gain. MA sister works in the hospital where deaths happened. They all knew Dr Bland who was struck off in 2018 as pedo etc.
14 JB stated to the court and he had to speak to the other parties of the will (MA, CA, PB), we want correspondence of the other side for transparency.
15 A freedom of information request was put in and must be answered and now we want it updated.
16 We Seek damages for all of this. Note my letters cost 1000s. I now have a bill against BLM & JB of nearly a million. Please see the Claim. Therefore, once again JB and BLM are removed.
17 Who is your insurance company?
18 I have been told that other relatives have had their parents murdered and robbed. More soon in the press.
19 I put forward that all the above is true and shows that PB, JB, BLM can not be trusted.
PB had been done in the past by the Law Society for being corrupt and not trustworthy.
See March the 6th in 2006 by the Law Society File No 8751-2003 where PB was done for 300,000 fine and someone else took the fall for him
19.1 And in fact, the 2019 Dec court case expert said my mother was hit by PB’s lawyer Woodside to change her will and get her home cheap.
Then rob her by 100,000 debt and not listing her shares, not doing BPR etc. Then Woodside stopped doing Wills due to this.
19.2 All of this protected by a network of bent lawyers including my Barrister in Dec 2019 court case who would not attack Woodside (works for PB) but made out my sister was in the wrong to save the bent lawyers.
And if my barrister had gone after the fact my mother was hit and then murdered, I would have won the case. As the court expert said this was all true but this was ignored…therefore a corrupt court case. The Judge must also be investigated.
19.3 But my dead sister in the Dec 2019 court case was made out to be at fault, BUT she did not do the fraud of 100,000 debt. This was all done by PB. PB did state the fraud in the court’s documents, Taxman documents from 2015 to 2019. It was an honest judge who forced PB to show the real bill and this showed the lie.
It should be noted my sister died after I found evidence that she helped drug my mother in the past with the help of Dr Bland who was struck off in 2018 (can show he did other crimes now). I now suspect MA pushed her into this. (All Dr Bland office acorss from my mother’s home, near to PB office etc near to BD etc)
Then when I told PB this, my sister was found looking for me in fear. Then BP told me by email my sister had died and was being cremated the next day. My sister could of been murdred as we can show with all the other cases of hidden killings See Brian Gerrish. UK Column report.
19.4 This was like the death of BD (my mother’s accountant). BD also was murdered as she said my mother’s guest house should have BPR (Business Property Rates and therfore no need for a sale) but that would stop MA, PB etc robbing it.
19.5 BD contacted me to say she wanted to help me then she died strangely after PB said she said she could not help me (see his own email)

19.5.1 Also, I never have forgotten after my mother murder, how my sister turned up to my mother’s guest house with PB.
My sister had tears in her eyes, and a black eye and looked fearful of PB. Also with PB was a group of people who said they were estate agents but they undervalued the property by 500,000?
19.5.2 We want the names of these people used by PB…. PB will not give their names as he knows this was another dirty trick to get my mother’s home cheap. Note all the undertakers and their clients are scared of PB. Police MA is helping cover up this isssue.
19.6 And all these people knew Dr Bland who drugged my mother to change her will and trapped her in a nursing home.
Dr Bland was struck off in 2018 as pedo and it is clear in the past MA (police detective who gains) knew him to control him. PB and Woodside knew Dr Bland as well. All of this with other things will be published on the UK column etc, that in 2014 several strange murders happened in Chester and no investigation.
So my mother was one of many. We can show others had issues with PB.
Many children were abused and set up to blackmail law students and future judges at the local Law School…common knowledge to some…see MA
19.7 Add to the fact my mother’s inquest tape now vanishes as I have more evidence that my mother was murdered to shut her up about PB, Woodside, MA and his wife…and Dr B.
My mother’s inquest tape shows the following: N police detectives, Dr B, Dr N, Sister, Care home etc lies under oath to cover up fraud and murder.
MA’s wife did not tell the inquest what she did.
We want the coroner to release the unedited inquest tape of my mother’s inquest that shows things being said that does not show up in the final report as it shows murder to several elderly.
19.8 And now we have new evidence which was not at my mother’s inquest of the following.
19.8.1 In 2013, we have the ambulance report that shows the ambulance crew found my mother had care removed from her to cause her to die (kill her), in the nursing home run by Dr Bland. The ambulance crew found the nursing home had medicine that could save my mother but deliberately did not give her it and let her suffer in pain and fits to kill her!! The ambulance crew saw it was attempted murder but were not used in my mother’s 2015 inquest.
19.8.2 This was done when I found out my mother was being chemically coshed to make her look like she had dementia and to forget that Woodside had hit her when he could not make her sell her home. Also done to stop my mother removing PB from her will.
All done to cause my mother’s murder when I was told the ambulance was going to arrive but this was a lie. I reported it and no investigation.
All of this was said to be true by the 2019 court appointed expert.
19.8.3 Then in 2014 BW had her husband murdered and again the police started an investigation and then stopped.
And now many others (Link soon) who were elderly reported what looks like murder but police started investigations and dropped it, therefore making a perfect environment to get away with these crimes.
So in 2015, my mother was poisoned, and when I stopped it, then Dr Nicklson who knew Dr Bland (said at inquest did not know each other-LIE both did the cremation cert and other reports together) gave my mother morphine for no clinical reason but kill her to protect bent lawyers.
Therefore the police from outside the North west must investigate this as Northwest police have been involved in crimes.
20 JB & BLM was set up to finish & cover up this evil crime which has been done to many others.
I want SRA, Police etc to remove these bent lawyers and not support them to do more harm or kill any more elderly for gain.

1 I am reporting BLM COMPLIANCE TEAM acting outside the law and covering up crimes (see email below, Bartlett did the following: Shares not listed or value of, Funeral bills paid but said not, 100,000 fraud lies, undervalue of my mother’s home which she was murdered for. Expert appointed by the court said my mother was hit by lawyers etc).
2 As they now seem to think they are the executors of my mother’s will. They were never appointed and they look corrupt.
They are saying things when not appointed by the court.
See letter from BLM on 30/06/2020 which is rejected.
3 As JB did a court statement to say he was removing himself as executor of my mother’s estate (Exhibit) and I accepted this (Exhibit).
And there is no way back on this.
4 Then JB is not the executor of my mother’s estate. JB Is removed and so are BLM. Therefore no more actions by you.
BLM was never appointed by the court. There is too much conflict of interest now going on.
4.1 In fact, JB became the client of BLM against one of the estate of the will; Dr Jones, then JB clearly is removed.
In fact if JB is a client of the BLM compliance it must show breakdown and issues to remove JB from this case.
How also can JB be a partner, a client and part of this case?
They clearly lied about issues see below.
And in addition, JB & BLM actions of changing locks caused Dr Jones damages and is part of the estate. See web site for more information

Which JB and BLM have ignored and once again they can not be involved as executors due to this.
I see also the email from DESART BREGASI who also seeks damages & have also been ignored by JB and BLM have ignored
JB & BLM can not be anything to do with the estate and clearly can not be the executor with all of this going on.
JB & BLM has also shown a vested interest in the case to protect and cover up the past executor P. Bartlett (PB) faults, Fraud etc that damage the estate.

6 JB & BLM can not answer any of my questions as it shows they are corrupt and part of a cover-up for murder and legal fraud.

7 I also seek a court order to force the name BLM & JB writer of these letters and answer who changed the locks to my mother’s and my home without permission.
8 Also, I point out the court order DEC 2019 says I can remain in my mother’s home until sold and I shall remain with rights due to my debts against my mother’s estate that is greater than the estate.
9 Once again BLM is changing what the court said and the will & codicils.
10 I point out JB & BLM could not answer why my commercial N1 claim debt is not valid and as JB has accepted other debts then why not this the N1 Claim.
11 The Dec 2019 court case was also clear I could use my N1 claim and nothing was said to reject it in any paperwork.
12 Therefore on 29/6/2020
As lied out in court order
That JB removed himself as executor see (Exhibit)
JB covered up the fraud done by the past executor PB and many other issues
12.1 That under the law and common law and the only next of kin
I have the power to be the executor of my mother’s will and under common law
12.2 And the new evidence of fraud done by the above and involved in the Dec 2019 court case is rejected.
13 And either way with this or without it
The N1 claim is valid and I now seek within 30 days my debts paid.
There is no evidence or defences to show otherwise.
Therefore I will be given my mother’s guest house for my debts as all my mother’s wills say all debts to be paid first.
If this does not happen I seek further damages.
JB & BLM can not be involved in this or other actions as they removed themselves for reasons given.

7.1 your company lying about the email you said you sent to me saying you were going to changed the locks. When you did not send such an email. You changed locks when COVID law was active.
Clearly, BLM lies as a company and can not be trusted. Therefore remove yourself from this probate case.
7.2 The changing of the locks by JB & BLM caused the forced eviction of an award-winning doctor and therefore I seek further damages as COVID active etc
7.3 Damages of several businesses by your actions. These businesses are taking actions against you. And it is clear I HAD A RIGHT AND WILL REMAIN THERE.
7.4 BLM stated in email on 26/6/2020 they are looking for an alternate executor for JB but they have no right to do this as it is a court decision. So further dirty tricks.
7.5 The fact you JB was appointed by law society by an unofficial email shows doubt on the Northwest Law Society. We can seek a judgement against you on this and other issues with damages.
8 The fact that JB says he has paperwork (example see ExhibitJB4Feb.jpeg) from the past executor PB BUT
8.1 JB says in COURT paperwork my mother’s funeral was NOT paid but past executors had this paid in there paperwork. So how come JB can not see this if he had the paperwork (JB states this in his court statement). JB can not do his job as he should have checked this bill independently of PB but was really trying to cover up mistakes.
8.2 JB can not find my mother’s shares in PB court paperwork. And still, shares are missing. And now you list some shares. What is the value of these shares?
8.2.1 The fact you now list shares proves that the past executor PB did not do his job right and therefore more damages against him. And you do not list this as an issue or report it. See past email below for other serious issues.
In fact you even can not find bank books see ExhibitJB4Feb.jpeg which PB also hides. Which was listed! AND WE STILL WANT TO SEE ALL OF THEM.
This shows PB failures of duty of care aspects that JB & BLM help to cover up to protect other law firms.
And did not report to SRA or courts is legal fraud of PB who does not have a legal defence for his actions.
Therefore you (JB & BLM) are to remove yourselves from any involvement in my mother’s estate.
8.3 There is legal fraud of £100,000 care bill which was done by past executor PB
a) the past executor PB told to the taxman and in court papers, this £100,000 debt existed, WHICH IS A LIE BY PB.
b) PB paid the taxman £3522 to finally close my mother tax issues. To get away with this crime. From an unknown bank account of my mothers which PB was told to tell me of all bank accounts but failed to do so and you too also do this.
c) PB continued this lie from 2015 to Dec 2019 and used this lie in an action in a court which now must be reversed due to this fact.
d) then in Dec 2019 a judge forced the past executor PB to release papers to show this £100,000 debt was in fact £10,000 and all this was done for legal fraud.
e) JB had the past executor JB paperwork and knew this fraud and
f) JB should report this if he can not he must remove himself as executor or other actions towards him.
g) Also Bartlett went to court in 2018 with a clear statement of care bill for my mother of £100,000 which he & his lawyer knew from 2015 was only £10,000
Therefore Bartlett (PB) and his lawyer (Mr Green) lied to the court and did fraud.
The court was unaware of these above actions; therefore, Bartlett (PB) & Green went to court with dirty hands and
Ex turpi causa non oritur actio.
ACTION: they lost and my cost to be paid and damages.
h) Actions to be started by SRA Law Society etc and court actions. As fraud shown in court paperwork with no legal defence.
9) And BLM says they have zero tolerance for Tax fraud etc (listed on their web site etc) but have not reported these crimes and they too can be sued.
10 And many other issues including the murder of my mother (note my mother’s inquest tape has been lost as it shows bent lawyers, see web site below),
10.1 the Dec 2019 court case expert said and there is no defence that my mother was hit by a lawyer who works with Bartlett to a) shut her up, b) rob her, c) steal her home, d) did wills wrong etc and they did this to many other elderly. And BLM & JB protect these evil people.
10.2 The murder of my mother’s accountant BD who knew my mother should have had Business Property Rates BPR and you too try and avoid this to help PB.
10.3 The involvement of a known struck off pedo doctor who drugged and helped other lawyers rob the elderly who JB knew and BLM used.
11 JB, past executors PB & BLM are Devastavit: breach of duty by a personal representative
in the following
11.1 liability
11. 2 misappropriations of assets
11.3 maladministration
11.4 failure to safeguard assets
11.5 cover-up of fraud and multiple murders.
11.6 on many occasions all paperwork (inventory, accounts etc) has been asked for from PB & JB but they failed to do this. S25 AEA 1925 etc.
There is no defence for these actions. This was all done to cover up several crimes.
13 Journalists are asking for an investigation of all of this by Parliament in dementia fraud investigations.
14 On Feb 20, an email was sent to JB see Section 8 I put in Subject Access Request (SAR) I requested all correspondence on my mother and me. And in fact all files etc Including who changed the locks in the COVID time as he will be sued.
Even taking in account the COVID this is over due and you should be fined and more reasons to remove you etc
In fact your court papers show PB lies about me and you do nothing about this.
