Dear Mr A G Moore, Mrs Louise Rhodes & coroner staff.
Thank you for sending me my mother’s inquest documents on 21 of Feb 2020 but no inquest tape.
You say “unfortunately we do not have a recording of the inquest but there is a full file of papers. I gather from the file that you attended the inquest”
Others and I attended my mother’s inquest “coverup” event and are witness to Coroner Rheinberg and his assistant Yvonne Williams
saying at the inquest that it was recorded on tape and I would have a copy of this tape.
In the notes from that day I have the following:
I was told at the inquest and it is on the tape that I should be able to obtain these tapes.
The Coroner Rheinberg and his assistant Yvonne Williams herself said I would be able to have these tapes at the start, the middle & end of the inquest.
As my mother died under a DoLS order my mother’s inquest was an Article 2 inquest and therefore a public and recorded event.
And In the letter of Coroner Rheinberg date 11 August 2015 he states my mother’s inquest will be taped (see also attached)
“The proceeding on 20 August 2015 will be recorded…”
Also the following phone calls and email show inquest recordings exist.

I am the only person alive in my mother’s family, so there is no reason why this request can not be made.
My sister Mrs Boultbee (VB) has died and was found to be hiding £40,000 of my mother’s money which she told the court she had forgotten and many other issues that are a crime and were helped by a corrupt lawyers and police detective MA.
We can now show Fraud (100,000 care bill that was a lie in Tax document in court exhibits, Undervaluing my mother’s home by 750,000 etc.) and murder by lawyers who knew the past coroner.

And a police detective MA who from 2007 was meant to protect the elderly he said in Dec 2019 court case but did nothing on the several attempts on my mother’s life.
In fact in the court case Dec 2019 when MA was aware my mother was vulnerable, he did the following
He (MA) knew I was building a wet room for my mother at our home.
He knew my mother’s home which was a guest house had had my money and time put into it
He knew I looked after my mother all the time when she was ill.
He knew I put money into my mother’s home, business and her.
He knew my mother wanted to live with me when she was ill and elderly.
BUT
he (MA) waited for me to be away from Chester and did the following
Tried to force the sale of my mother’s home against her wishes (we have witnesses to this who say they tried this every time I was away from my mother & leaving her in tears)
He caused my mother to be stressed to almost heartbreak
He helped my half-sister and Woodside my mother’s lawyer who works for Barlett to con my mother into thinking she had no money! (on tape)
Therefore forcing her to sell her home
Then to change my mother’s will, which left me everything as I had dropped my job, put money into the business and they had done nothing but took money off her.
In fact, in medical records, my mother says MA and my sister were stealing from her, and this is now back up by other documents.
Also when i reported the fact in 2013, that in 2010 my mother said she had been hit by the lawyer Woodside to force her to sell her home to Woodside boss Bartlett. This was in Dec 2019 backed up by a court medical expert who said it was, without doubt, my mother said on the video was true, that the lawyer hit her, her will was changed to help MA, and my mother wanted her home and business to go to me.
Also that Dr Bland drugged my mother in the past to help change the Wills and kept my mother drugged in a nursing home, he ran so my mother could not report any of this.
And when I found this out, my mother was nearly murdered and if i had not been there would have been dead
And then in 2015, my mother was murdered by Dr N who said in my mother’s inquest that he did not know Dr Bland after the inquest, but I found out both signed the cremation forms together
Also, my sister with MA would not sue Dr Bland for not sending my mother into hospital in 2010 as they were trying to force the sale of my mother’s home when I was away.
And we can show my sister with MA said in the paperwork that my mother’s home was theirs and in their address.
And when BD wanted to help me, her strange murder was passed off as just strange by the Coroner R and MA.
Then when I found out my sister helped drugged my mother and could be at risk and was seen looking for me in a panic,
then Bartlett told me she had died the day before her cremation, but others think she was killed. As it can be shown, medical records are based on lies.
BUT MA also did everything as a police detective to stop this being investigated and helped bent lawyer do this to other elderly,
And the police detective MA wants 180,000 out of my mother’s estate based on a will which the court medical expert said was done by a lawyer who hit her and stole from her.

Can you please tell me when I am going to get my mother’s inquest tape if not then why not.
Note: There is a common-law offence of misconduct in public office. A holder of office has a duty to preserve the Queen’s peace, prevent crime etc .
Also note in past emails I asked for a SAR (SEE PAST EMAILS BELOW) BUT still nothing.
I want the SAR (Subject Access Request) to start on the 11/09/2019.

I put in a SAR (Subject Access Request) to start on the 11/09/2019.
I put it that the inquest for my mother’s Mavis Banks was a JOKE and done to cover up crimes.
The inquest tape shows this. Which is why you try and stop it being heard.
New Evidence is the fact Dr Bland was struck off in 2018 who lied at my mother’s inquest (lied and said he did not know Dr N who gave my mother morphine to kill her for no clinical reason but can now show they both in the past signed the cremation documents of the eldelry who were abused and stolen from).
And police detective N who lied at the inquest but was caught on tape.
Also, we can show Police detective MA gains by my mother’s death, and medical paperwork shows him stealing from her (listed in medical records).
Also, MA knew my mother was attacked and nearly killed in 2010, 2013 and final murder in 2015 and stopped the investigation into obvious crimes. Therefore part of the act in helping to kill her.
Also now we have a medical expert who says my mother was hit by Mr Woodside who did her wills to force her to sell her home so Mr Bartlett could gain by it (see web site). And they did this to others.
My mother’s inquest tape has been stopped from going public since 2015. Under the law, my mother’s inquest was an Article 2 inquest as she died under DoLS. A DoLS based on a lie.
We want the inquest tape uncut and all other SAR (see email sent to you).

but after the inquest, we can show they signed the cremation documents together before this- so they knew each other very well.
Also, other related murders (BD inquest done by coroner NR, who said her death was strange, but we have motive now) to protect these crimes. For full details, see web site below.
The police SAR shows bent two police detectives (MA) who lied at my mother inquest under oath who gain from these crimes.
We also have support from other expert witnesses.
I will be asking for an investigation into a coroner office that seems to cover up murders connected to stealing from the elderly.
As I am now studying law, I know the past coroner (RB) who did my mother’s inquest threatened me to protect known criminals. He did many things to make the inquest useless.
My mother died under DoLS, so this was an Article 2 inquest which is public, and I want the recording of my mother’s inquest so Parliament can have it for the investigation into Dementia Fraud. Please send it by email.
I want this all investigated now.
I will be presenting my findings in Parliament.
